Meditation for Sleep Online Course: A Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness!
Meditation for sleep online course will help you to sleep better using a holistic approach. Even if you always had difficulty sleeping peacefully.Insomnia is a lifestyle problem. In most cases it is a result of stress and anxiety. Meditation for sleep online course will help you redesign your lifestyle using a holistic approach to health and wellness.
So clearly you have the following two choices:
Choice #1: Short-term or temporary solution.
Choice #2: A more holistic approach to perfect health and wellness by removing the ‘root cause’ of stress and anxiety through adopting a better lifestyle.
Now if you choose to go with the first choice only, no problem because many people do that, and it is completely up to you. But name itself says it all, you will get short-term results.
On the other hand, if you do not plan and review your lifestyle and make necessary changes, trust me you’ll never get rid of insomnia and suffer from serious health problems and premature aging.
So like me, would you prefer a more permanent scientific solution to your sleep problems backed up by solid verifiable research?
Choice #1 + Choice #2 = Holistic Approach
Watching or listening to guided meditation in YouTube (Choice #1) is not a permanent solution – let’s be upfront about it. Yes, it will bring you temporary relief by relaxing your mind a bit – no doubt about that.

Meditation + Mindfulness + Scientific Technique called CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy = Peaceful Good Night’s Sleep
Does this sound familiar at all?
- Your mind does not stop (over-thinking) – thoughts circle around your head like a little monster.
- It’s affecting your happiness and productivity because you feel sleepy and horrible all day long.
- You feel drained of energy because you did not have a good night’s sleep.
You’re not alone.
So do not worry. There are millions of people out there who have sleeping problems just like you do.
And there is good news for you!
It can be improved through simple meditation, mindfulness and a scientific technique called CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other natural methods which I am going to share with you here.
So hang on tight!
I know exactly how it feels because I developed sleeping problems too. How?
Please read my story below:
In July 2007, I was in Liverpool (England) working as a high school teacher when my partner was taken away forever by ill-fate. She was killed in a horrible accident.
In this situation, obviously I was highly stressed. I was filled with sorrow and grief.
Long story short, I developed serious sleeping disorder. I was also on medications for sometime.
But, meditation saved me. It was a life-saver. I meditated regularly, and I was off medication within two months or so if I can remember correctly.
I wish no one goes through that ordeal. But what one can learn from my experience is this: it is possible to restore peace of mind. If I could, you’ll be able to do it as well.
So join the free online mini-course below:
I have used meditation and made small tweaks to my lifestyle to overcome the problem. These days I can sleep peacefully.
And I will show you below in the free mini course how you can do the same.
Just keep reading, and complete the two course modules. It is an online course, so you can do it at your own pace.
Let’s get started with the sleep meditation introduction video:
(Or click here to watch this video directly in my Sleep Meditation Coaching Channel in YouTube) – this short and sweet video is little less than 3 minutes long)
Now that you have watched my video introduction let me get you started with the free mini-course.
So what will you do in the first module? A little surprise. We are not starting with meditation at all.
Rather we will take a step-by-step structured approach. And the first thing you will do is to do a review of your lifestyle and your habits.
Because you want to know the ‘cause’ of your sleeping disorder. You need to know clearly what’s preventing you or stopping you to sleep well?
Only when you know the ‘cause’ you’ll be able to find a suitable solution. Otherwise you’ll be shooting in the dark. Isn’t it?
And it is not rocket science – just asking simple questions and documenting and keeping a diary or journal is all that you need to get started.
By the way, I call it a simple lifestyle map:
So we will use this map or planner and focus on four (4) basic things which affect our sleep big time.
With a little research and quiet reflection on my part things started to take shape as a beautiful map. And I knew exactly what I was doing wrong. And what I needed to change.
In other words, my simple lifestyle map showed me where I was at present. And where I needed to go. And that helped me immensely – it felt like I was standing on the top of the mountain and the scenery below became pretty much obvious.
So these are the four (4) basic things you need to review and reassess in your life. And I want you to spend some time and record what you do every day.
Trust me, writing down things makes a huge difference:
(1) Make use of the lifestyle map and record the time you wake up in the morning. And the time you go to bed because this affects your body clock. Our body clock goes crazy, if we do not maintain a routine.
(2) Overthinking is a huge issue with our generation. Due to Internet this and that we are always thinking, texting, talking, contemplating, making decisions or worrying all the time.
Mind never stops. And mind never gets a chance to rest. Due to overthinking mind becomes restless. Calm mind leads to better sleep.
So break the pattern of your thoughts by either practicing guided sleep meditation, mindfulness, spending time in nature, mindful walking, prayer or listening to nice music – everything will help.
List down the things you do every day in your lifestyle map and monitor it.
(3) Keep moving, due to electronic gadgets, computers, TV etc. our life has become very sedentary.
Exercise is very important for a goodnight’s sleep. For example: I exercise even when I watch TV. I have my exercise bike near my TV, so you can find things which suits you and improve your lifestyle.
In your lifestyle map, list down how many minutes you exercised today – you can break them down into different categories and get more organized.
(4) Make sure you eat healthy. Manage your temptations to eat junk. There are things you can eat which keeps your mind and body calm. I call them Yogic foods and I will share them with you soon.
Maintain a routine. Keep track of what you eat and when you eat. Avoid eating late at night.
So these are four (4) basic things you can get started with today. And I will share with you more resources soon.
